How we help
Apostille is a French word meaning certification. In English, it is commonly used to mean the legalization of a document created in the United States to be used in another country.
The problem that people face is that most countries will not accept a document, especially a legal document, that was executed in one country and presented for use in another country without it being legalized through Apostille or some other method. So, if you have documents that were created in the United States, you should have them legalized before you try to use them abroad.
An apostille is a certification that verifies the authenticity of a document’s signature, seal, and position. It also allows a public document issued in one country to be recognized as valid in another country.
We do the following:
- Review your documents.
- Determine the correct method of legalization.
- Obtain Apostille or Certifications through the correct State.
- Obtain Authentication through the U.S. Department of State.
- Obtain Legalization through the appropriate Embassy or Consulate.
We do so with expedience and accuracy and no hidden or surprise fees. If you have questions or for a list of our fees, contact us.
